Our company's pultrusion equipment mainly includes 2 types: caterpillar pultrusion machines and hydraulic pultrusion machines.

According to the pulling force, hydraulic pultrusion machines are divided into 12MT, 16MT and 20MT specifications. The pull force directly decides on an FRP profile's size.
The working process of the machine consists of heating up and molding the FRP raw materials in the die, then pulling out the molded material continuously to obtain the required FRP profiles under the alternative operation of 2 clamped tractive pullers.

The machine is made up of the following parts: clamped tractive puller, electric heater, electric control tank, pump station, pushing oil cylinder, clamping oil cylinder and cutter. The machines' benefits include simple and continuous operation, low operating cost, high reliability, and efficient production.

Our caterpillar pultrusion machines are seldom used because of the small pull force; they are mainly for small-size FRP profiles.
