Detailed Product Description

1). Hydraulic pultrusion machine is the working principle of raw materials in fiberglass molding die within heating, by the turn of the two clamping traction gantry consecutive pulled out its operation, which are required for the various FRP profiles.

2). The pultrusion machine hydraulic machinery, hydraulic and electrical consists of three parts. Mechanical parts by heating planes, and two clamping gantry rack composed of hydraulic parts by the two independent hydraulic system components, namely by the pumps, clamping fuel tanks, fuel tanks thrust, integrated valve block, Speed Control valve, Oil Filter, coolers and containers, and other component parts; include electrical heater, temperature control, motor, the control box, and so on.

3). According to the different traction, hydraulic pultrusion machine divided into: 12 tons, 16 tons and 20 tons. Traction choice depends on the size fiberglass Profile specifications.

4). Hydraulic pultrusion machine benefits include: simple and continuous operation, low operating cost, high reliability and high production efficiency.
